- Mamelona/mamono: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the scale on. The display will show '0g' when ready. Press and hold the 'ON/OFF' button to turn the scale off.
- Lanja entana: Place the item directly onto the stainless steel weighing surface. The weight will be displayed in grams.

- Tare Function: To weigh multiple ingredients in the same container or to exclude the weight of a container, use the 'TARE' function.
