Setup sy Connection
1. Locate Receivers
The USB-A and USB-C receivers are stored inside the mouse for convenience. Gently open the bottom compartment to access them.

Connect the included USB-A to USB-C cable to the mouse's USB-C charging port and to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The OLED screen will display the charging status. The battery symbol will flash rapidly when the battery level is below 1%.

The Acer OMR289 mouse supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wired. You can pair it with up to four devices.

- Insert the USB-A or USB-C receiver into an available port on your computer.
- Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
- The mouse should connect automatically. The OLED screen will display '2.4G Wireless Mode' and 'Connected'.

- Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' position.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the bottom of the mouse until the OLED screen indicates pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for 'OMR289 Mouse BT'.
- Select the mouse to pair. The OLED screen will confirm 'Connected' once paired.

- Connect the USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the mouse's USB-C port and to your computer's USB-A port.
- Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'OFF' position.
- The mouse will function as a wired mouse and charge simultaneously. Note: In wired mode, only basic 6-button functions are supported; button customization and 'Show Desktop' are not available.

1. OLED Screen Display
The integrated OLED screen provides real-time information:

The mouse includes five programmable buttons for enhanced control and efficiency. These buttons can store up to 16 distinct functions.

3.1. Customizing Buttons
- Press and hold the DPI button for 3 seconds. The OLED screen will display customization instructions.
- Click the button you wish to program.
- Use the scroll wheel to navigate through the list of available functions on the OLED screen.
- Once you find the desired function, click the same button again to assign it.
- Press and hold the DPI button for 3 seconds again to exit customization mode.
Note: Full customization features are available on Windows. Options 6-13 are not supported on macOS.
4. Auto-Sleep and Wake-Up
To conserve battery, the mouse will enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. To wake it up, simply move the mouse.

- Buttons not responding or customizing on macOS: Some advanced button functions (Options 6-13) are not supported on macOS. Basic functions should still work.
