It supports both the ELRS 2.4G Firmware version 3.0-3.3 and APEX's autonomous TX protocol, allowing for flexible adaptation to various aircraft and simulation platforms. Featuring a built-in 500mW HF head and a 2000mAh rechargeable battery, the G-129 offers extended operational time and broad compatibility for both beginners and experienced users.

4.1 Protocol Switching

The G-129 supports two protocols: ELRS 2.4G (Firmware v3.0-3.3) and APEX's autonomous TX protocol. To switch between protocols:

4.3 Binding to an ELRS Drone

To bind the G-129 with an ELRS drone, follow the drone manufacturer's specific re-pairing instructions. The G-129 supports ELRS 2.4G Firmware version 3.0-3.3.

The APEX G-129 provides intuitive controls for FPV flight. Familiarize yourself with the layout and functions of the various buttons and joysticks.

Firmware upgrades are available through the ApexFlight ground station application. This process is not recommended for beginners.
