3.1 Charging The Remote
Before initial use, ensure The Remote is fully charged. Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on The Remote and plug the other end into a standard USB power source. The display will indicate charging status.
3.2 Pairing with Your GoPro Camera
To establish a wireless connection between The Remote and your GoPro camera, follow these steps:
- On Your GoPro Camera:
- Power on your GoPro camera.
- Swipe down on the rear screen to access the dashboard.
- Swipe left to enter the Connections menu.
- Select "Connect Device" and then choose "The Remote". Your camera is now in pairing mode.
- On The Remote:
- Power on The Remote by pressing the power/mode button.
- The Remote will automatically search for nearby GoPro cameras.
- Once your GoPro camera is detected, The Remote's display will show a connection successful message.
- Multi-Camera Pairing: The Remote can control up to 5 cameras. Repeat the pairing process for each additional camera.

4. Operating The Remote
The Remote provides intuitive control over your GoPro camera's primary functions. The large, high-resolution display mirrors key information from your camera, allowing you to monitor settings and status without directly interacting with the camera.
4.1 Mamelona/Mamono

4.2 Changing Modes and Presets

4.3 Starting/Stopping Recording or Capturing Photos
- To Start/Stop Recording (Video Mode): Press the large, red Bokotra fanakatonana on the front of The Remote.
- To Capture a Photo (Photo Mode): Press the large, red Bokotra fanakatonana on the front of The Remote.
