The Daytech Wireless Caregiver Pager System is designed to provide peace of mind and independence for individuals needing assistance, as well as for their caregivers. This wireless alert system allows patients or elderly persons to quickly call for help with a simple press of a button, ensuring timely assistance in private households, hospitals, nursing homes, and other care environments. The system offers a reliable connection with a working range of up to 320 feet (120 meters).

2. Inona no tafiditra
Your Daytech Wireless Caregiver Pager System package includes the following components:
- 3 x Mpandray azo ampidirina
- 2 x SOS Watch Pagers
- 2 x SOS Call Buttons (with lanyards)
- Required 12V batteries (pre-installed or included for call buttons)

3. Fanombohana (Setup)
3.1 Fametrahana mpandray
Ampidiro ny mpandray: Plug the receiver into a standard wall socket. The receiver will emit a sound and its LED light will flash, indicating it is powered on.
Mifidiana Ringtone: Press the Forward Button or Backward Button on the side of the receiver to cycle through the 20 available ringtones. Choose your preferred alert sound.
Ahitsio Volume: Press the Volume Control button on the side of the receiver to adjust the volume level. There are 5 levels, ranging from 0dB (silent) to 110dB (loudest).

3.2 Pairing Transmitters (Call Buttons & Watch Pagers)
To ensure your call buttons and watch pagers communicate with the receiver, they must be paired:
Ampidiro ny Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Volume Control button on the receiver until the LED light flashes and the receiver emits a "ding-dong" sound. This indicates the receiver is in pairing mode.
Ampandehano ny mpandefa: Within 5 seconds of the receiver entering pairing mode, press the SOS button on the watch pager or the CALL button on the call button unit. The receiver will emit a "ding-dong" sound and its LED light will flash, confirming successful pairing.
Hamafiso ny fampiarahana: Press the button on the transmitter again. The receiver should respond with the selected ringtone and flash, confirming the pairing is active.
Pair Additional Transmitters: Repeat steps 1-3 for each additional call button or watch pager you wish to pair with the receiver.

3.3 Call Button Installation
The call buttons offer flexible installation options:
Lanyard Attachment: Attach the included lanyard to the call button for easy wearing around the neck, ensuring it's always accessible.
Wall Mount: Use the provided 3M double-sided adhesive patches to affix the call button to a wall or other flat surface. This is ideal for fixed locations like bathrooms or beside a bed.

4. Fampandehanana
4.1 Using the Pager System
Once set up, operating the Daytech Caregiver Pager System is straightforward:
Initiate Alert: When assistance is needed, simply press the large SOS button on the watch pager or the CALL button on the call button unit. This sends a wireless signal to the paired receiver(s).
Receive Alert: The receiver(s) will sound the selected ringtone and flash their LED light, immediately notifying the caregiver of the need for assistance.

4.2 Effective Range
The system boasts a working distance of up to 320 feet (120 meters) in an open area. This allows caregivers to move freely around the house or facility while remaining within range to receive alerts.

5.1 Fanoloana bateria
The call buttons and watch pagers are battery-powered. When the battery is low, the performance may degrade. Replace batteries as needed.
Call Button Battery: The call button uses a 12V battery. To replace, carefully open the back cover using a small screwdriver, remove the old battery, insert the new one with correct polarity, and secure the cover.
Watch Pager Battery: The watch pager uses a CR2032 battery. To replace, carefully open the watch casing, remove the old battery, insert the new one with correct polarity, and close the casing azo antoka.

5.2 Fikarakarana sy fanadiovana
The call button unit is splash-proof (IP55 rated) and can withstand splashes of water, making it suitable for use in bathrooms or near sinks. However, it is NOT designed to be immersed in water. The watch pager and alert button unit cannot be immersed in water and should be removed before bathing or showering.
