Under direct visual guidance from the screen, gently scoop or dislodge ear wax.
Never force the tool or push wax deeper into the ear canal. If wax is impacted or difficult to remove, consult a medical professional.
Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort, or hear unusual sounds.
