The BUNN VP17-3 is a pourover model, meaning it does not require plumbing connections, offering complete portability. Follow these steps for initial setup:

  3. Place Decanter: Position an empty coffee decanter on the warmer plate directly below the brew funnel. The BUNN VP17-3 accommodates up to three decanters on its lower warmers (decanters sold separately).
  4. Rarahana rano: Open the lid on top of the coffee maker and slowly pour a full decanter of cold, fresh water into the water tank. The brewing cycle will begin automatically as the cold water displaces the hot water in the tank, forcing it through the coffee grounds.
