Cash Flow Analysis
ny [CF] key initiates the Cash Flow worksheet. Input the initial investment (CF0) and subsequent cash flows (C01, C02, etc.) along with their frequencies (F01, F02, etc.). After entering all cash flows, use [NPV] SY [IRR] to calculate Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return, respectively.
Amortization and Depreciation
- Amortization: Access the Amortization worksheet by pressing [2ND] [AMORT]. This function allows for the calculation of principal and interest paid over specific periods of a loan.
- Depreciation: The Depreciation worksheet ([2ND] [DEPR]) supports various depreciation methods for asset valuation.
Statistics Functions
ny [DATA] key allows entry of data for statistical analysis. Use [STAT] to access statistical functions, including one- and two-variable statistics with linear, logarithmic, exponential, and power regression options.
