5. Fametrahana

5.1 Blade Installation/Replacement:

Always ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source before performing any adjustments or maintenance.

  5. Remove Outer Flange and Old Blade: Once the nut is loose, remove the outer flange and carefully take out the old saw blade.

  9. Henjana ny Arbor Nut: Reinstall the outer flange and arbor nut. While still pressing the spindle lock, tighten the arbor nut securely with the Allen wrench.

5.2 Adjusting Cutting Depth:

The cutting depth can be adjusted to suit the thickness of your workpiece. For a 90° cut, the maximum depth is 65mm.

  1. Loosen the depth adjustment lever (usually located at the front of the saw).
  2. Raise or lower the saw base plate to achieve the desired cutting depth.
  3. Align the depth indicator with the desired measurement on the scale.
  4. Securely tighten the depth adjustment lever.

5.3 Adjusting Cutting Angle (Bevel):

The saw allows for bevel cuts from 0° to 45°. At a 45° inclination, the maximum cutting depth is 45mm.

  1. Loosen the bevel adjustment lever (usually located at the rear of the saw).
  2. Tilt the saw base plate to the desired angle.
  3. Align the angle indicator with the desired measurement on the scale.
  4. Securely tighten the bevel adjustment lever.

5.4 Using the Parallel Guide Ruler:

The included guide ruler helps ensure straight and accurate cuts.

  1. Slide the guide ruler into the slot on the front of the saw's base plate.
  2. Adjust the ruler to the desired cutting width.
  3. Tighten the locking screw to secure the ruler in place.
  4. Ensure the ruler runs along the edge of your workpiece during the cut for consistent results.

6.1 Preparing for a Cut:

  1. Ensure the saw is unplugged when making adjustments.

6.2 Making a Cut:

  1. Plug the saw into a suitable power outlet.
