The SuperHandy Material Lift is designed for straightforward assembly. Most components connect logically using quick-release pins, minimizing the need for complex tools.

Lifting and Lowering Operations:

  4. Release Foot Brake (if moving): If transporting the load, step on the left pedal to release the brake.
  5. Lift Object: To raise the platform, turn the winch handle clockwise. The high-tension rope and pulley system will smoothly lift the load. Ensure the locking mechanism is engaged if you need to pause lifting at a certain height.

  6. Lower Object: To lower the platform, turn the winch handle counter-clockwise slowly and in a controlled manner.
  7. Unload Object: Once the load is at the desired height (e.g., floor level or a shelf), engage the foot brake again. Gently scoot the object off the platform.
  8. Reposition Lift: Release the foot brake and move the lift to the next location or for storage.
